Dr. Randy Pausch was one of the most influential and motivational people in the educational field. Among being an astound educator he also developed many courses that he thought would help get the most out of hist students. One of his most famous ones is, " Building Virtual Worlds". He created this project based learning course with the help of scientists and designers, all to benefit his students. You can see how much he cared about educating the younger generations. In his Last Lecture, Dr. Pausch talks about key points in his life that he feels made him who is was. His main message was to follow your dreams and never give up. Dr. Pausch taught me many things in his last lecture, here are a few.

I was also moved by Randy Pausch's last lecture. The last point you made about what he taught you, to remember you are not the only teacher in the room and the students are not the only learners, resonated with me as well. There is so much emphasis on testing students and just the politics of being a teacher in general, it can be forgotten that the reason we are becoming educators, at least the reason I am, is that I never want to stop learning from others and I want to inspire people to have the same hunger for learning as I do. Hopefully we won't forget what Pausch taught us, and remember to this lecture in the future when we may need to be reminded what makes teaching so great.
